Inward
Begin today by looking inward at your actions because your actions are controlled by your feelings. Do not be afraid to examine feelings that arise during difficult situations. When you look inward, you gain a better understanding as to why you respond a certain way when you are around certain people or things. Pay attention to how a person’s presence can automatically make your body tense up. As you replay scenarios, you may begin to recognize how a person goes on the attack every time you say a name. By taking a closer look inward you are able to put the pieces together to see the whole picture.
