The Art of Distraction

A1

The art of distraction is a technique many have learned. There are people who talk all the time about anything and everything. That’s all fine and dandy but if you actually pay attention, you will usually realize they have nothing of importance to say. They have an opinion on everything and always claim to be right, but what are they truly doing? I believe they talk to keep you distracted. If they are keeping your attention on another or something else, then they are keeping you from seeing who they really are, hence the art of distraction. They don’t want to draw attention to themselves because that would make them vulnerable, so they focus all of your attention on others. That seems like a lot of work always having to be on guard so no one can really get to know them, only the version they are presenting, and they sure do present. They present their superiority, because they want to appear better than others rather than how they really feel, which is lower than low.
